Based out of Houston, Texas, Robin is one of our fabulous client success managers. In her role, she guides clients on various digital marketing options and ensures all projects stay on track and deliver high-quality leads.
Robin has a strong background in all things marketing. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing and Management and a Master of Science in Marketing, both from the University of Houston.
While her previous work experience has been with B2B marketing agencies, her expertise in HubSpot, Google Ads, and social media makes her an excellent fit for SLS. “I’ve enjoyed the chance to grow my skill set in client relations and project management,” she says.
Robin adds that she also enjoys learning from her SLS colleagues. “I love getting to work with such a talented group of people. We’re all working toward the same goal, making our clients happy and successful, but we all have different experiences and ways of staying organized.”
She says the SLS team’s marketing acumen is equally impressive. “The SLS team is extremely knowledgeable in the senior living industry and has carefully crafted multiple roadmaps for success, depending on where the client currently is and their future goals. Outside of work, Robin enjoys watching re-runs of crime shows, going for walks, and reading.
