Below are FAQs about SMARTbrand:
SMARTbrand is a budget-friendly, self-serve online platform that provides ready-made advertising and marketing content for the senior living industry. The tool has many customizable products—email banners, Facebook posts, direct mail campaigns, signage, sales tools, and training resources. Plus, we’re always adding new items.
The Basic subscription provides limited access to SMARTbrand with the ability to personalize postcards and flyers with community logos, colors, and custom copy and images. Pro subscribers gain full access to the marketing suite. Items include flyers, postcards, social posts, email banners, stationery, signage, sales tools, and trainings. The Basic subscription is free, while the Pro subscription costs $59.95 per month. See the differences between Basic and Pro.
Depending on your senior living community’s marketing goals and budget, you’ll find value in either Basic or Pro. Basic gives you the starting materials you need to be successful in marketing your senior living community. This is the perfect package for equipping your sales and marketing staff with the materials they need. On the other hand, Pro allows you to delve deeper into branding your senior living community. Executive directors and corporate branding leadership will find SMARTbrand Pro the most helpful in reaching their marketing goals. And SMARTbrand+ is another option as well.
You can choose either a monthly or annual payment schedule for SMARTbrand Pro. The monthly subscription renews every month, and the annual subscription period is set at a minimum of 12 months upon sign-up. Your monthly subscription renews on the same day each month, and an annual subscription renews a year from your anniversary date unless you decide to cancel/suspend your subscription when logged into My Account.
SMARTbrand+ is another option as well.
If you are a SMARTbrand Pro user, you may access your account by clicking My Account.

If you need to pause or cancel your Pro subscription, please login to My Account. Access to the respective assets will be suspended until you decide you’d like to reactivate your subscription. See video tutorial below.

Most orders ship within 2-3 business days. If you have a question about your delivery, please contact us at 888-620-9832 or [email protected], and we’ll make every effort to expedite your request.
Orders are processed quickly and efficiently in our plant, so if you must cancel an order, you must do so as soon as possible after the order is placed. Send an email to [email protected] with the order number, explaining that you need to cancel the order. The order will process through the system as a “zero-ship” order. This means that you’ll receive an email with a shipment notification, but it will state “Order Canceled,” and the quantity shipped will show as “0.”
Send an email as soon as possible to [email protected] or call 888-620-9832 with the order number and what needs to be changed. We’ll confirm receipt of the request. The order will process through the system with the original information, but we’ll make the appropriate adjustments to the order per your request, provided the order hasn’t already been produced before your request was received. Again, timing is essential once your order is placed.
