“We understand the intricacies of the senior living marketplace and how operators can be successful. The sales cycle of a lead is long, but the SLS team has crafted the perfect formula for not only bringing in new leads but nurturing them and turning them into customers.”

Based out of Central Florida, Olivia is one of our fantastic client success managers. She’s a wiz at project management, lead generation, and keeping clients happy every step of the way.
Olivia brings a ton of marketing experience to her role, including over eight years doing inbound marketing and five years working on the agency side. A talented writer, Olivia has deep expertise in content marketing as well. Oh, and did we mention she graduated from the University of Central Florida where she earned a bachelor’s in advertising and public relations?
Olivia enjoys so many things about being part of the SLS team, but she especially appreciates that SLS avoids cookie-cutter approaches to marketing. “I love that SLS encourages us to think outside of the box and develop creative solutions for individual clients since each one has something special to offer their audiences.”
Olivia also notes that SLS truly has a 360-degree view of the industry. “We understand the intricacies of the senior living marketplace and how operators can be successful. The sales cycle of a lead is long, but the SLS team has crafted the perfect formula for not only bringing in new leads but nurturing them and turning them into customers.”
Outside work, Olivia loves taking her kids to Disney World and SeaWorld, reading mysteries, devising fresh ways to organize her home, and discovering new dramas to binge-watch on TV.
