Originally from Michigan but currently based out of Milwaukee, Kelsie serves as one of our fabulous client success managers. She thrives on helping communities attract and delight prospective residents and their families.
While Kelsie originally went to school for fish and wildlife management, she transitioned into real estate development and never looked back. Her experience in senior living began with a Director of Sales and Marketing role in one community and eventually the VP of Sales and Marketing for many communities in the Midwest.
Kelsie loves that Senior Living SMART is so much more than simply a marketing agency. She explains, “We are partners with the same goals and mission as our clients: to positively impact the lives of seniors.” Kelsie adds that it’s essential for clients to understand that marketing isn’t a quick fix. “Marketing is a journey that requires patience and dedication.”
Kelsie lives a couple of blocks from Lake Michigan with her husband and their two dogs. A lifelong figure skater (she’s traveled the country competing and coaching), Kelsie says when the weather turns cool, you can almost always find her on a slice of ice.
