Based out of Texas, Eli is one of our talented web developers. He’s been developing websites professionally since 2017 and has worked on some impressive accounts, building his skills every step of the way.
“I started off working for a company making websites for car dealerships,” he says. “It was a great introduction into the professional field.” From there, Eli learned more coding languages and software—and how to work as a team.
After a few years, Eli transitioned to a larger Chicago marketing agency that worked with big-name clients, including Albanese Candy, the Cleveland Cavaliers, and the Pro Football Hall of Fame.
“I got into working with e-commerce websites, specifically BigCommerce and Shopify,” Eli says. “I also learned a ton about working with APIs and different integrations.” He notes that one of his favorite projects was with Amazon. Yes, that Amazon.
“They were a partner,” he explains. “I was tasked with building the foundation of the code for a feature called ‘Buy with Prime.’ A merchant could add a script to their e-commerce website, and a ‘Buy with Prime’ button would appear, allowing customers to check out via Amazon. As a merchant, you got the benefit of having someone visit your site and purchase your product. But it would ultimately get fulfilled and shipped through Amazon, so it was a win-win for both the merchants and the customers.”
Today, Eli brings his incredible talent and expertise to our clients’ websites. “I love sharing my knowledge with our already-talented tech team,” he says. “Together, we strive to create quality website experiences for our clients and their prospects and residents.”
Outside of work, Eli enjoys spending time with his family, working out, and going to thrift stores or estate sales.
