Born in South Florida, Megan now calls Cleveland home. Megan earned her bachelor’s degree in business administration and management from Kent State University. After graduating, she entered the healthcare world to explore her passion for sales, marketing, and operations.
Over the last decade, Megan has learned and mastered sales, client success, people operations, and business process operations. She even co-founded a CRM recruiting company where she held every position and was a key contributor to client and company success. Megan now serves as our VP of Operations, where she focuses on business operations and people operations for both Senior Living SMART and LeadGenie.

Outside of work, Megan is a dog mom to Reggie and Brutus, an aspiring chef and gardener, and a self-proclaimed DIY pro. She loves going to concerts, attending sporting events, and spending time with her immediate family.
