Based out of Tampa, Florida, Miriam serves as one of our wonderful client success managers. In this role, she helps clients develop effective marketing strategies, provides insights into analytics, and builds out compelling content that will make communities a contender in the senior living space.
Miriam originally worked in the luxury home building industry as a project manager while “quietly” helping out with marketing behind the scenes. She explains, “It quickly became apparent to me that my heart was in marketing, so I pivoted into a full-time marketing role. While I loved the experience, I wanted to work in an industry that I felt was helping people, and this is where Senior Living SMART came into the picture.”
Outside of work, Miriam loves doing any sort of projects on her “fixer upper” of a house, travelling with her boyfriend, and trying out local breweries. She’s also passionate about dogs and can be found either hanging out with her own dogs or volunteering at the local humane society.
