WEBSITE DESIGNER (Contractor)

The Website Designer at Senior Living SMART (SLS), a leading marketing agency for the senior living industry, is responsible for envisioning and creating compelling websites, mobile applications and digital interfaces optimized for various screen sizes and operating systems. Within this role, you will work closely with our internal team to create and execute design plans helping clients achieve their vision and marketing goals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Build navigation-friendly wireframes, websites and mock-ups that are usable, persuasive and visually enticing.
  • Curate aesthetically pleasing, user-friendly graphics for the client’s website.
  • Create responsive templates for desktops, laptops, mobile devices and tablets.
  • Design and implement website layouts, logos and branding in alignment with the brand values and target audience.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry updates and trends in website design.
  • Work collaboratively with Client Success Managers, Web Developers, Graphic Designers, and other internal team members.
  • Support the design process by creating style guides and collaborating with other designers to execute client requirements.Experience working in a remote, collaborative, fast-paced atmosphere with the ability to pivot priorities.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3+ years of experience as a web designer.
  • A bachelor’s degree in graphic designing, web designing or a related field.
  • Familiarity with website development languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Competency in handling content management systems (CMS) like WordPress and familiarity with Avada builder.
  • Experience with responsive design, UI/UX interface designs and user experience design principles
  • Demonstrable portfolio and expertise in previous web design projects.
  • Practical knowledge of different designing tools, such as Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator or Sketch.
  • Strong understanding of color theory, typography, layout design and usability principles, especially for websites.
  • Proficiency in graphic design, art, and psychology with a sense of how different elements work together on a web page.
  • A creative thinker with excellent visual communication skills, design multimedia skills and computer adeptness.
  • Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for design.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Job Opening: Paid Media Strategist

As the Paid Media Strategist at Senior Living SMART (SLS), a leading marketing agency for the senior living industry, is responsible for developing paid media strategies and campaigns for clients, closely analyzing performance data to identify areas for improvement. In this role you will actively test and optimize Facebook and Google campaigns to achieve desired results, manage advertising budgets, and devise bid strategies to maximize ROI. Within this role you will have the opportunity to work directly with clients and cross functionally with SLS team members.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Developing, executing, and optimizing cutting-edge paid Facebook and Google campaigns from conception to launch.
  • Working cross-departmentally to align campaign strategies and goals to client needs.
  • Providing ongoing actionable insights into campaign performance to relevant stakeholders.
  • Defining, measuring, and evaluating relevant paid media KPIs.
  • Building out media buys for various ad platforms and overseeing the day-to-day execution of paid media.
  • Overseeing and managing the overall budget for paid media.
  • Conducting in-depth keyword and website research, ad grouping and audience targeting.
  • Maintaining knowledge of industry best practices and new technologies.
  • Manage 30-40 senior living communities on average.
  • Experience working in a remote, collaborative, fast-paced atmosphere with the ability to pivot priorities.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 2+ years of professional experience in a Paid Media role, managing campaigns across multiple platforms with various budgets.
  • 3 years of experience working hands on with Facebook and Google Ads. Other platform experience is a plus.
  • Proven relationship building skills and ability to work with all diverse levels of teams, internally and externally.
  • A strong strategic thinker who is comfortable speaking to senior executives.
  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferred degrees in marketing or other business areas.
  • High level of experience working with various office productivity software and applications.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Comfortable with experimentation and testing, with a proactive approach to campaign optimization.
