The Web Developer role at Senior Living SMART (SLS), a leading marketing agency for the senior living industry, is responsible for clean coding, innovative designs, complete WordPress website build outs + maintenance for our clients along with keeping up with industry trends. Typical day-to-day responsibilities include troubleshooting website issues, implementing solutions, making regular website updates, ensuring plugins and features are up to date, and working on new website builds and/or site refreshes.  

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Write well designed, testable, efficient code by using best software development practices.
  • Experience designing websites that are modern, clean, and visually stunning.
  • Strong programming skills and in-depth knowledge of modern HTML/CSS/ PHP, ASP.NET, JavaScript or Ruby on Rails. Hubl experience a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with network diagnostics, network, and analytics tools.
  • Advanced experience building brand new WordPress websites start to finish utilizing industry best practices. Avada theme experience a plus.
  • Keen understanding of SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and Privacy Regulations: Building/updating websites with SEO best practices, ADA compliance, crawlability, privacy policies, cookie pop-ups, GDPR/privacy regulations, etc.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and projects to meet deadlines.
  • Experience working in a remote, collaborative, fast-paced atmosphere with the ability to pivot priorities.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferred degree in computer science or related field. 
  • Proven experience as a Web Developer for a minimum of 2 years. 
  • Experience building out and maintaining websites on WordPress (be prepared to share some examples of your work!) 
  • Proven experience designing visually aesthetic websites.  
  • At least 2 years of progressive work experience particularly in an agency, or in a company role where you were responsible for similar work. 
  • A general understanding of the levers in marketing and the digital marketing landscape. 
  • High level of experience working with various office productivity software and applications. 
  • HubSpot and Hubl experience a plus  
  • Avada theme experience a plus

Job Opening: Data and Marketing Technologist

The Data & Marketing Technologist at Senior Living SMART (SLS), a leading marketing agency for the senior living industry, is equal parts responsible for being the in-house data analyst all while building out items in HubSpot as a marketing technologist. On the data side, you will be responsible for managing our master data set, developing reports and dashboards, and troubleshooting data issues. This role will dive deep into Google Analytics and HubSpot to identify campaign performance, opportunities for improvement and run AB tests to increase conversions. On the marketing technologist side, you will be responsible for implementing campaigns and building forms, landing pages, emails and workflows for our clients. In this role, you will have a chance to work in diverse systems and platforms along with working cross-functionally with the team. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports to leadership and clients. Platforms that you will leverage are Google Analytics, HubSpot and DashThis to name a few.
  • Create benchmarks for SLS clients, identify average client metrics and growth YOY.
  • Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems.
  • Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
  • Build out campaigns in HubSpot – forms, landing pages, emails and workflows.
  • AB test and modify our HubSpot strategies to increase performance and conversions.
  • Implement lead nurturing and demand generation campaigns.
  • Work with the leadership team to prioritize business and information needs.
  • Build dashboard and campaign reports for strategic analysis.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience within data analysis and data analysis tools.  
  • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience working in HubSpot building out landing pages, forms, workflows and emails. 
  • 1-2 years of digital marketing experience in an agency setting preferred. 
  • Technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques. 
  • Strong knowledge of and experience with reporting packages (Business Objects etc), databases (SQL etc.), programming (XML, Javascript, or ETL frameworks). 
  • Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets (Excel, SPSS, SAS etc.). 
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy. 
  • Google Analytics certified a plus 
  • BS in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, Statistics or similar degree from an accredited school.

As the Paid Media Specialist at Senior Living SMART (SLS), a leading marketing agency for the senior living industry, is responsible for developing paid media strategies and campaigns for clients, closely analyzing performance data to identify areas for improvement. In this role you will actively test and optimize campaigns to achieve desired results, manage advertising budgets, and devise bid strategies to maximize ROI. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Developing, executing, and optimizing cutting-edge paid campaigns from conception to launch.
