SMARTbrand is a budget-friendly, self-serve online platform that provides ready-made advertising and marketing content designed specifically for the senior living industry. You’ll find many customizable products including email banners, Facebook posts, direct mail campaigns, signage, sales tools, and training resources. Plus, we’re adding new items all the time.
SMARTbrand is available to current Senior Living SMART clients at no extra charge.
SMARTbrand is a quick, easy, and low-cost alternative for smaller, less complicated marketing projects that need to be completed quickly and at minimal cost.
Anytime! Whether you’re just starting out with Senior Living SMART or are a long-time client, you can sign up for SMARTbrand. Just ask your Client Success Manager!
Turnaround times vary depending on the project. Please talk with your Client Success Manager for an estimated time of delivery for your project.
Yes, static pieces can be set up as products in the SMARTbrand and reprinted through our streamlined process. Examples include letterhead, #10 envelope, pocket folder, inserts, price sheets, floorplans etc…
Yes, we can provide a print ready file, but we encourage streamlined process from order to delivery, which includes the printing and fulfillment. This process ensures our client’s quality standards through the final product.
SMARTbrand offers over 300+ stock images licensed for broad use. You can also provide high resolution community images or your own licensed stock images to be used in the template.
There are couple of options available to make that happen. Reach out to [email protected] so we can understand all the details and provide an estimate.
SMARTbrand users may access their account by clicking My Account.
SMARTbrand users may reset their password by clicking “Lost your password?” on the My Account page.
It’s a simple order process. Choose a template and submit Custom Design Request, we’ll customize the template and send for approval. Once approved we’ll submit for printing and fulfillment.
Most orders ship direct from our printing partner within 2-3 business days. If you have a question about your delivery, please contact us at 888-620-9832 or [email protected], and we’ll make every effort to expedite your request.
Orders are processed quickly and efficiently by our printer partners, so if you must cancel an order, you must do so as soon as possible after the order is placed. Send an email to [email protected] with the order number, explaining that you need to cancel the order. The order will process through the system as a “zero-ship” order. This means that you’ll receive an email with a shipment notification, but it will state “Order Canceled,” and the quantity shipped will show as “0.”
Send an email as soon as possible to [email protected] or call 888-620-9832 with the order number and what needs to be changed. We’ll confirm receipt of the request. The order will process through the system with the original information, but we’ll make the appropriate adjustments to the order per your request, provided the order hasn’t already been produced before your request was received. Again, timing is essential once your order is placed.
