You’ll get a customized marketing strategy that aligns with your occupancy goals.

You won’t find cookie-cutter marketing around here because a one-size-fits-all strategy doesn’t work.

Instead, we’ll use your sales benchmarks to determine the number of leads you need to generate enough tours to achieve your move-in goals. This will be calculated based on your lead-to-tour and tour-to-move-in conversion ratios. Having access to your CRM is critical for monitoring results.

You’ll have a customer success manager who isn’t overworked.

A reasonable account-manager-to-client ratio works best for everyone. Our client success managers (CSMs) usually manage no more than six (or so) accounts at a time, ensuring clients get the attention, follow-through, and communication they expect and deserve.

Our CSMs respond to client communications quickly—always the same business day and often within four hours of receipt. We make every effort to create consistency in our client success manager assignments. If we need to make any changes, we always tell clients beforehand. We have an incredibly stable CSM team with little turnover.

You’ll receive reporting that informs but doesn’t overwhelm you.

Dashboards filled with charts and graphs look impressive. But unless you understand what the data is saying, what’s the point? And who has time to review 20 different reports every week?

Listen, we get it. While we do measure everything, we also understand most people don’t geek out on marketing data like we do.

At the start of our engagement, we’ll collaborate to create a reporting structure and cadence that works for you. You’ll get info that you can confidently explain to owners and investors. It’s our job to take your marketing data and tell the story that connects strategy to results. We’ll make you look good!

You’ll have a trusted advisor who keeps you ahead of trends.

We know you don’t have time to demo every senior living marketing product pitched to you every day. The good news is that at SLS, we already work with various product vendors. Our team can advise you on features, functions, and capabilities so you can make an informed decision.

Our clients use every possible CRM, marketing automation platform, chat widget, survey tool, call tracking, SMS solution (and so much more). We always give recommendations based on experience, client feedback, and your specific needs, not because a vendor pays us to promote a specific product.

It’s surprising (and concerning) how many marketing agencies own their clients’ marketing assets and refuse to release these assets if the engagement ends.

How does this happen? Well, they “kindly” offer to set up your social accounts, paid ads, Google Analytics, Google Business Profile, call tracking, and other marketing channels. But when the contract ends, you lose access to everything. Imagine not having ownership of your logos, sales collateral, or website. And yet, it happens all too often.

This will never happen when you work with us. You always own your marketing assets, just as you should.
