Unforeseeable and perhaps regrettable events may happen, how you react to and resolve these events is a critical component of your customer service program. You want to make sure to act on complaints quickly and to ensure appropriate resolution. The goal of tracking grievances is to support each resident’s right to voice concerns and to assure that a practical approach is taken in finding a resolution and making sure everyone is informed about the results. It also helps you identify problems which may be occurring on a Community level.
