All of these tips require you to think about your own mindset. I suggest this framing:
- It is truly about YOUR CHOICES: your attitude, your decisions, your behaviors, your actions.
- It requires you to PAY ATTENTION to what pushes your buttons, your beliefs about those things, and then what you feel and do about it in the moment and in the long run.
- It IS about taking back YOUR POWER and taking control of YOUR CHOICES.
