Cleaning schedules should include all of the cleaning tasks required within the dining and food services department. The schedule should also include the frequency of the tasks. Each schedule will be different depending on the size of the kitchen and the type of equipment you have. To ensure the food areas are sanitized and maintained, include these cleaning tasks along with the other daily responsibilities of your employees and provide detailed expectations.
