For nearly two decades, Courtney Boatin has been living and breathing marketing for various companies, including a couple of ventures of her own.
In particular, she is passionate about empowering the senior living community to achieve more through proven marketing strategies. This passion evolved from real-life experience.
After helping to care for her grandparents and her father during cancer, Courtney gained an appreciation for the amazing work assisted living, home care, and hospice businesses do every day. She felt compelled to help them strengthen their message to ensure their growth and success. Today, Courtney infuses this passion into everything she does as Senior Living SMART’s Client Success Manager.
Courtney is HubSpot certified in inbound marketing, sales enablement, and content marketing. Her prowess in these areas allows her to expertly guide our clients, making sure they remain focused on effective strategies that deliver real results, such as higher-quality leads and boosted occupancy.
Courtney makes her home in Jackson, Michigan, with her husband and two children. She loves traveling and says she’s happiest spending time with family and friends by a lake with a good glass of wine in her hand.
